STEP 1 -
CONSULTATION

The design consultation is the start of every project with Toula Piliouras Interiors. Meeting with you to discuss your functional and aesthetic requirements is crucial to ensuring a successful project.

 

During this two hour consultation, we will meet at your residence and review all your requirements, understand how you chose to use your space and the mood you are looking to achieve. We will then offer you suggestions and ideas for your design or reno project to include space planning, product sourcing, millwork and other details pertaining to your project.

 

The consultation may simply be a meeting to provide you with professional guidance to complete a project on your own, or it may be the first step to establishing a relationship in fully assisting  you with the entire scope of your project.

STEP 2 -
DEVELOPING THE DESIGN CONCEPT

At this time we will proceed to take measurements and photographs to begin the design process. We will then proceed to develop the design concept which will be a reflection of your functional and aesthetic requirements.

 

A storyboard of all the necessary elements will be prepared for your review and may include: floor plans, elevations, lighting, wall coverings, upholstery, case goods, fabrics, tiles, flooring, etc.

STEP 3 -
PRESENTATION & CLIENT MEETINGS

Once the design concept has been developed, client meeting(s) are scheduled for your review. Together we will determine the décor concept and ensure it will work well in your space to improve the flow and function throughout your home.

STEP 4 -
IMPLEMENTATION & PRODUCT PURCHASING

Upon approval of the design we will proceed with planning and coordinating your project. We can work with your preferred trades or may recommend our fully licensed trades to you. This involves coordinating trades where required and placing orders for your furnishings, window treatments, etc., track orders and schedule deliveries.

 

We also share a Designer Discount with our clients and have access to Custom Programs offered by Trade-Only resources allowing your space to truly be unique.

STEP 5 -
THE REVEAL

Your space isn’t complete until we add those special touches, taking it from liveable to remarkable. During the reveal we ensure that all the details have been finalized and turn your vision into a reality.

 

We coordinate your deliveries, follow our furniture space plan and complete the project by adding those accessories, turning your space into the extraordinary home you envisioned.
